Abandoned Power Station, White River Falls, September 2015

from $70.00

White River Falls in Tygh Valley Oregon once had a hydroelectric generating station at the bottom that powered the Sunshine Mills in The Dalles in the early 1900’s. That power station went offline when electricity came to the whole area. Today it is unsafe to enter the building, and there is grafitti covering the generators, but I made this picture on color negative film back in 2015 when it was less vandalized. For those like me who like rusting industrial artifact, this picture is a must.

Printied on aluminum and archival to 200 years.

Each aluminum print comes with a float frame attached to the back, so it can be hung on the wall immediately after removing it from the shipping box.

Shipping is included in the price.
